There is only Exchange policy for defective products. No Return Policy is available for Anudeep Products.

We duly checked all our products and send it to customers. but still we offer exchange policy to the customers. Kindly read following terms and conditions. In order for the Goods to be eligible for a exchange, please make sure that:

• Only if damage is displayed in 360° Unboxing video, it will be considered for further review. Before you open the parcel, Please record the video by showing 'From' and 'To' address details along with tracking slip/barcode. Ensure that the opening of complete parcel recorded in a single video without any pause or interruptions.
• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)
